Questions
Do I need to provide water or power?
No. The bus is fully self-contained, we bring everything.
Do I have to be home?
We prefer it, but it's not required. We'll coordinate access with you.
How long does it take?
Usually 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on size and coat. Your dog is groomed one-on-one the whole time.
What if I need to cancel?
Free with 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice, or no-shows, have a $50 fee.
